Our returns are free and easy!
We want you to feel comfortable when you are purchasing from HIGHONFLEURS so we have made returns super simple! And free. In case you’re not feeling the clothes, if anything is wrong with the item, you have 14 days to return it back to us.
We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means…
– clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains), unworn and unwashed
How to return:
- Please email us at customerservice@highonfleurs.com with your order number found My Accounts>My Orders or on the email you will have received from us
- We need to know the reason for return in the email so we can improve our services and once that is done we will email you a return label in PDF format.
- Take the email and your packaged item to a Post Office® branch. They will then scan the QR code and print the label for you.
- Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
- You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
We strongly recommend you to get proof of postage to our return address.
When will I receive my refund?
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays and sales), it can take a little longer.

You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return, you will receive a return confirmation email. If you have not received your return confirmation from us after that time, please contact customerservice@highonfleurs.com
